Despite the best efforts of the record breaking rainfall, the third Jolly Boys Outing to Kilkenny did not fail to entertain. Our golf was limited to 2 rounds out of 3 by the weather but Tiernan’s tireless efforts to replace a cancelled day at Kilkenny Golf Club sent the boys to a place they absolutely loved.
Rosslare Links provided both experienced and novice golfers a day to remember on the spectacular golf course. Rosslare will be on the itinerary of any future Jolly Boys trips to Ireland. Whilst the golf was reduced, the enjoyment provided in Kilkenny town certainly was not. Craic, music, food, drink and a warm welcome were all plentiful and high quality.
