Often referred to simply as Baltray, County Louth Golf Club is located near Drogheda on Ireland’s east coast, just 40 minutes from Dublin Airport. Founded in 1892, this historic member-owned club features a classic championship links designed in 1938 by renowned architect Tom Simpson.
Laid out in two nine-hole loops, the course is celebrated for its immaculate presentation and distinctive green complexes. Consistently ranked among Ireland’s Top 10, it hosted the Irish Open in 2009, where Shane Lowry famously won as an amateur.
